SITUATION AND MISSION:
Thomas Blackwell, codename OUTLAW, serves as the chief instructor for enemy combatants at the Training Center in Restricted Area 01. He's renowned for his unconventional training methods and ruthless efficiency, playing a pivotal role in shaping the enemy's fighting force. IMINT recently confirmed his presence at various black sites and labor camps overseeing executions of allied rebels. He's also suspected of orchestrating the assault on Auroa Parliament a year ago, resulting in the deaths of 15 innocent civilians. HUMINT indicates that he's idolized by the enemy, with his image being used to recruit individuals into their ranks. Eliminating OUTLAW is crucial to disrupting enemy leadership and instilling demoralization and fear among their ranks. Retaking the training center will also severely weaken Sentinel, as we intend to use it as a primary FOB for training allied rebels. Finally, we have additional objectives to address in the vicinity of our primary target.
CONCEPT OF OPERATION:
Fireteam LOVER will deploy at 1905 from EREWHON via helicopter wearing green kits. We will perform a HALO jump to the IP and patrol on foot to the Training Center. The HVT will need to be eliminated without triggering any radio alert to avoid compromising our additional objectives. (edited)
